We probably like VRBO the most because it locks in the booking contract and does a good job of protecting you and us. The downside is that VRBO takes a pretty big chunk of your payment. AirBnB is okay but the safeguards for us don’t seem to be there, AND you can cancel too easily. With respect to Direct, we have done few direct bookings because the safeguards are not there; but we can offer great deals if we have a great trust relationship with you. One downside with VRBO and AirBnB is date-flexibility and that is in contrast to Direct.
