Servicing Mitsubishi Wall Units

The Mitsubishi heat pumps are very good at delivering heat, cold, and humidity at whatever level desired. The unit get two levels of cleaning. Each heat pump has two flexible filters that are removable. We take them and wash them frequently.

Reliable Air

Reliable Air came out at the beginning of May 2022 and cleaned the internals of the living room unit. It was quite an operation as the photos show. Below are a few photos of the unit cleaning process.

The Drains

There are four PVC drain pipes on the north side of the house. I was told to suction the PVC drains. Two drains on the right were dripping when we were there end of May 2022; that is good.
